By accessing, browsing, or interacting with the SoulSync app or website, you agree to these T&C without reservation. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Article 4 — Subscriptions, Payments, and Renewals

SoulSync+ subscriptions provide access to the full library of subliminal affirmations, whispered tracks, and exclusive content.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the respective app store.
Prices are subject to change, and any updates will be displayed prior to renewal or purchase.
Promotional or introductory pricing may be offered for a limited time.

Article 5 — Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of SoulSync / Cameo Clark and are protected under copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the SoulSync content without prior written permission.

You agree to use SoulSync in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not:

Upload, distribute, or transmit harmful or malicious software;
